Parents
Parents, students and staff collaborating together create the best learning environment for students. We know that we are partners in your child's development. We are here to support you and your children as they grow and mature through their elementary school years.
Your son/daughter's education begins with admission/registration. You can read about our admission process, and the importance of student agendas as a key communication tool between teachers and families. You can also visit report cards to understand how assessments are determined, and to learn when progress reports and report cards will be sent home.
We welcome your involvement at St. Paul through the Catholic School Council or volunteering. Volunteers are incredibly important to our school's Subs & Wraps, Pizza & Hot Dog Days and successful annual Christmas Luncheon. Volunteers also provide numerous services such as assisting students with reading and math.
School safety, health and wellness, and respect for one's self and others are very important to our school community as a whole. Students follow a Code of Conduct and have expectations for attendance and homework completion. We follow the Board's threat assessment policy and nutrition policy. In this section of our site, you can access health-related resources on head lice, immunizations, and what to do if your child is sick.
Check out our Frequently Asked Questions, and Who to Contact quick reference pages, and if your son/daughter rides the bus, you can access transportation/bus information and weather-related alerts for bus cancellations and delays.
The staff at St. Paul looks forward to talking with you at parent-teacher conferences. If you have any questions or wish to provide feedback regarding your son/daughter's progress, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We are honoured to be a partner in your son/daughter's education as we assist with Preparing their Way.
